Trend Micro Technical Support confirmed that there are problems with the scanner and an IIS server and is known as Call # 1483372

 

The advice and solutions that Trend Micro Technical Support provides is the following:

 

- log in to the Worry-Free Web Console: https://wfbs-svc-dell-emea.trendmicro.com/dell/

- click on Computers and then on Desktop (Default)

- then click the Configure button above

- click on URL Filter

- down on this screen, click the " change general approved URL 's " link

- type the URL under Approved URL 's section and save the changes

 

After executing these instructions, the IIS that approach them untouched.
